A: No, you do not need an appointment for a jewelry appraisal. Bring your jewelry to any of our stores at your convenience and they can start the appraisal process with you.

Cleaning/Inspection:

A: No, you do not need an appointment for jewelry cleaning and inspection. Bring your jewelry to any of our stores at your convenience and they will clean and inspect your jewelry free of charge! 

Custom Design:

A: We do recommend appointments for custom design projects so that we can ensure all team members needed for the project can be present and fully available to you. Ear Piercing: 

A: We do require appointments for ear piercings so that we can ensure all team members needed will be available at the time of your arrival.
