Return Policy

FlynnO’Hara is happy to accept returns up to 180 days from the date of purchase for products brought back in sellable condition (please see requirements listed below).

All refunds require both a receipt and valid photo identification, and refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If you paid with a credit card, we can only refund to the original card; cash refunds exceeding $50.00 will be issued by check within 10-14 business days and mailed to the customer.

We accept:

• Items that are unwashed, unworn, or unaltered
• Items that are less than 180 days from date of purchase
• Items that have their original tags attached

We cannot accept:

• Items that have been washed, worn, or altered
• Items that are missing tags
• Discontinued items
• Items purchased more than 180 days ago
• Socks or tights that are removed from their packaging
• Items that have been customized with a name, initials, or graduation year
