UPGRADING IS WHAT WE ARE ALL ABOUT!
If you wish to upgrade (or downgrade):
Go to your Account -> Click the Subscription number you would like to upgrade -> Request Upgrade -> follow the steps
That’s it! We will process it on our side and send you the invoice for the first Sub payment. You will have to complete the Verifications process again.
A reminder:
- You can upgrade to any device at anytime in your Sub
- Please ensure all accessories that came with the Device are included in the box. Remove your Passwords (iCloud, Google Accounts, Samsung Account, Device passwords etc) BEFORE factory resetting it. We do charge a fee if your collected Device cannot be unlocked.
- There are no fees or charges to Upgrade or downgrade, you just pay the for the new Subscription.
- You will receive two waybill numbers: one for delivery and one for the collection of the previous device. This will be separate couriers unless otherwise advised
If at anytime the self-service is giving you trouble you can also click on Submit a request and select Upgrades so that the relevant department may assist you.
